Stay away from the idea that “there is no fruit in winter”, this is totally false, and even more so when it comes to vegetables!

When March points its nose, a smell of spring tickles our nostrils and gives us the desire for crunchy green vegetables. So, can we or is it too early? Yes ! We are starting to see green appear on market stalls. The vegetables mentioned above in February are all still there, but to this are added cauliflowers , chard and the long-awaited asparagus .

It is on the fruit side that you will need more patience. In March you will have to settle for kiwis, grapefruits, apples, pears, lemons and oranges. In the meantime, bite into some good dry almonds that are perfect for this season.
